  • BOOKKEEPING

    On-site at your location, or remotely via the internet, we can handle all your bookkeeping needs whether it's assuming maintenance of your current system or setting up a new one.

  • PAYROLL

    We provide complete payroll services including direct deposits & payment of taxes. We can pay your employees as well as your contractors. At the end of the year, we'll issue 1099s and W2s.

  • RECONCILIATIONS

    Let us assume responsibility for reconciling your bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts.

  • REPORTING

    P&L Statements, Balance Sheets, Aging A/R & Aging A/P, Cash Flow Projections, and Financial Narratives; CRUNCHING NUMBERS can provide you with the reports you need to make informed decisions about your business.

  • QUICKBOOKS TRAINING

    Sometimes you want a member of your staff to handle day-to-day transactions and let CRUNCHING NUMBERS handle the rest. We can train your employees how to use Quickbooks to ensure everything gets entered properly.
